Aspirations
Far away in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them.
But I can look up and see the beauty, believe in them and try to follow where they lead.

Those were my parting words to my ex-colleagues about a month ago. Along with the picture (enlarged on click) and caption, my email have inspired and touched many colleagues. No kidding!
I liked my job but things seem to be out of hand over the time. Underpaid, overworked yet under achieved. Sounds familiar?
I was given the chance to move on to a potentially more rewarding career and most importantly the opportunity to eat meals on time and have undisturbed sleeps (used to get calls at wee hours because of job failure).
Throughout my 7 years in previous co, I had acquainted with many colleagues and some became close friends. My decision was supported by previous supervisors and left my team members sentimentally sad. I have never disappointed any supervisors and they know that I can go far, fly higher.
Now with regular working hours, I started to jog since 2 weeks ago. This is for the sake of fitness and also allow YB and I to have more sporting choices as a couple.
1st week Tue: 1min run; 1 min walk. Repeat 10 times.
1st week Thu: 1min run; 1 min walk. Repeat 10 times.
2nd week Tue: 2min run; 2 min walk. Repeat 5 times.
.. [Extracted from a training guide from beginners of 5km run BUT modified according to a body who hasn't run for more than 10 over years!!!]
YB even showed his support by coming to the west to run with me *kiss*. Unfortunately, I fell sick from Wed onwards and think I caught the bug in the office. I have just completed a course of antibiotics and am ready to enjoy a mini getaway :P I’m not slacking!!! Will resume my yoga/run/swim fitness program when I’m back.
